Can you lose weight on a low carb diet? Is low carb diet harmful?

Using low carb diets to lose weight (only eat lean meat and vegetables) is very harmful to your health.

In order to provide the body with enough nutrients (replacing starch and fruit), one must eat a lot of fat (saturated and unsaturated), so that it provides 60-70% of the body's calories - that is, to eat. 120 - 150 ml of these oils / day (preferably fat from cold pressed coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, and flaxseed oil topped with cottage cheese or unsweetened yogurt, absolutely "forbidden" oils) produced by industrial lines at high temperatures and oils using chemicals in the pressing process).

You can eat animal-protein meats (in moderation), fish, cheese, fresh chicken eggs and it's best to eat foods that provide plant-based protein (like beans) green, black beans, red, white, but do not eat a lot of soy and its preparations). If possible, eat a lot of raw nuts like: pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, black and white sesame seeds, almonds, walnuts, chia seeds, flax seeds (minced) - because medium nuts are high in fat, provide protein for the body).

Do not eat peanuts that gone bad because it may have some fungi that cause cancer. Keep in mind that eating a variety of vegetables - it's best to eat raw and mixed salad with coconut oil and extra virgin olive oil, and should drink 3-4 cups of lemon juice with extra lemon juice to help your body detox ( drink before eating at least 30-60 minutes).
